One on one consultation to evaluate your hair and the repairs you might need.
Service Description
Consultation for repairs that include thinning, breaking, resizing, loc take downs, and reattachments. Consultation fee does not apply to repairs and is non refundable. A consultation is REQUIRED before booking Repair services. Consultations cannot be booked on the same day nor at the same time as Repair services. During your consultation we will discuss the process of Loc repair, at home loc care and maintenance, as well as how to successfully navigate my website. I ask that you please do not book a consultation after 7:00pm EST. I am unable to restrict later times from showing with consultations, however, I will take my last consultation at 6:00pm EST. If you book a consultation and the end time is after 7:00pm EST it will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are NON-refundable. To cancel please cancel online only. Failure to do so will result in a "NO Show" fee of the full amount of your appointment. Clients are responsible for cancelling their appointments online. If you reschedule an appointment and forget to cancel the previous appointment you are responsible for any late cancellation or no show fees applicable. 15 minutes late to an Appointment and 5 minutes late to a Consultation, with no communication, will lead to your appointment being cancelled.
