Loc Extensions

The first step in the process would be to book a Loc Extensions Consultation. At the consultation we will discuss any hair issues or concerns you may have, answer any questions you may have about loc extensions, and go over the care of your loc extensions. At the conclusion of your consultation we will schedule your Loc Extensions appointment and detail your length, width, and parting pattern. A non-refundable deposit is required upon scheduling appointment. 3-4 weeks are required to make the loc extensions and instillation only is available if you wish to pre-purchase extensions from another provider. 

There is a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. If you cancel your appoint Bee retains both the deposit and the loc extensions. Prices by length and additional fees applicable for XL sized locs. Deposits for loc extenstions are:

• 2" - 5" ~ $250

• 6" - 8" ~ $350

• 8" - 10" ~ $450

• 11" - 14" ~ $525

• 15"+ (will advise at consultation)

There are three options for loc extensions installs.

The first is Loc Extensions with locs, which are for people with locs currently and wish to have more length. The extensions will have to be sized as close as possible to your current locs and a fee may be added if multiple sizes need to be made for a single install.

The next option is Loc Extensions without locs, which is for potential clients with loose natural hair. Your hair will be back combed and instant loc'd and then the extension will be added. No hair needs to be cute to install however, there is a 4 inches hair minimum for instillation.

The third option is Loc Extensions install only, that is for clients who provide their own loc extensions and is an install only. Priced at a minimum of 60 locs. $3 per loc for any additional locs installed. $100 deposit required for booking and can be booked for the earliest Sunday available. If installing on existing locs and additional $100 added to prep current locs for extension attachment.

For your appointment Bee will wash and condition your hair as well as style locs. You are more than welcome to wash and detangle your hair before the appointment, however, we ask that you do not blow dry your hair straight.  If you wish to add color an additional $200 for blonde levels 4-8 and $350 for colors. 

An oil and wash routine is ideal for strong healthy locs. We also suggest that you cover your locs with a bonnet for sleeping and any time applicable to reduce lint buildup.

The suggested maintenance schedule is once a month to maintain Loc Extensions. If you go more than three (3) months without communicating that you are doing self care we request that a New Client Consultation is booked in order to follow up.
